Union Bank – Pacific Palisades

The Union Bank branch in Pacific Palisades, CA was a new build out in existing shell space which includes 2 stories of a total of 4,000 SF. The interior improvements consisted of all new high end architectural, mechanical and electrical finishes.

Highlights:

  • Despite several existing condition challenges, DEB’s construction team was able overcome them and maintain the project schedule.  As a result, the branch opened on time and on schedule.

Large American Bank – Warm Springs

This large American bank branch in Fremont, CA was a major renovation project. The space was remodeled to fit all their new HORP specifications. The interior improvements consisted of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and architectural finishes throughout.

 

Large American Bank – Beverly Hills

This large American bank’s branch in Beverly Hills, CA was a full interior renovation consisting of 6,468 square feet. The bank branch space was remodeled to their new HORP specifications. The interior improvements consisted of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and architectural finishes throughout.

Highlights:

  • DEB Construction was able to effectively and seamlessly transfer all vault contents over from the old bank to the new bank over one weekend.
  • DEB Construction was able to complete the new interior build out ahead and prior to the landlord’s general contractor completing the exterior work.
  • DEB Construction received several remarks for a job well done from the City of Beverly Hills.
  • The bank branch opened on schedule.

 

Large American Bank- Alton Parkway

This large American bank branch on Alton Parkway in Irvine, CA was a 3-phased construction project consisting of 4,550 square feet of interior improvements. The existing branch space was remodeled to the new bank’s HORP specifications. The interior improvements consisted of all new architectural, mechanical, and electrical finishes throughout – all while the bank branch remained opened and operational during construction!

Highlights:

  • The large American bank branch renovation was successfully performed without shutting down any business days or causing any interruptions to the bank’s customers.
  • DEB Construction was able to effectively transition between phases over the weekend as well as no impact to the active shopping center’s businesses during Black Friday.
  • This bank branch opened on schedule.

Union Bank – San Francisco

DEB Construction recently completed a remodel for four floors of Union Bank’s administrative offices on California Street in downtown San Francisco.

Hoag Health Shady Creek – ASC and GI Building

DEB Construction recently completed Hoag’s new 13,975 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and an 8,085 SF Gastroenterology (GI) center in Irvine. The facility has 4 OR rooms and a procedure room within the ASC and 3 GI procedure rooms within the GI center. Each suite contains both pre-op and recovery areas and their own sterilization equipment.

Northern Trust – Pasadena

DEB Construction recently completed this Tenant Improvement for Northern Trust located in Pasadena California. The project consisted of constructing a new state-of-the-art conference room along with beverage bar for their partners to conduct business with their current and future customers.
