DEB Construction Superintendent Appreciation Night
On February 20th, 2015, DEB Construction held our Superintendent Appreciation Night at our Anaheim, CA office. The Superintendent Appreciation Night was designed to simulate how a typical night of construction during a tenant improvement project might go for our superintendents. Our office staff attendees were given a list of tasks to be completed before the end of the evening, helping them get a sense of our superintendents’ day-to-day challenges. Of course, we made sure to throw in unexpected last-minute tasks to simulate real-world conditions!
Our staff celebrated by creating a plaque for each of our highly-valued superintendents. Below, are photos from our DEB Construction 2015 Superintendent Appreciation Night.
