At DEB Construction, we believe the best way to ensure accountability is to have our Project Managers own our projects from concept to closeout. When we are approached by a client with a project or a specific challenge they may have, the needs are assessed, reviewed, and assigned to a Project Manager and Project Engineer team. Better than 98% of the time, that team will remain on the project throughout its life cycle. We have found that by eliminating the traditional “hands-off” approach between internal groups, we have greatly increased efficiency and accountability on the commercial construction projects we deliver.
