One way DEB Management provides consistency on our jobs is by ensuring Project Managers own projects from concept to closeout. When a client approaches us with a project or a specific challenge, we strive toward finding a solution. We assess and review the client’s needs and then assign them to a Project Management team. Better than 98% of the time, that team will remain on the project throughout its life cycle. By eliminating the traditional “hands-off” approach between internal groups, we increase efficiency and accountability on every project.
