DEB completed an exterior façade restoration, interior renovations, major seismic upgrades, and MEP upgrades for this Citibank located on the corner of Fairfax and 3rd Street in Los Angeles, CA. The scope of work included the following: Methane detection, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, a new three-story glass tower, new finishes, custom ceilings, millwork, and furniture. The work outside of the bank consisted of upgrades to the exterior parking, landscape, and sidewalk.
This project is recognized as a Gold LEED-certified project with a LEED package prepared by the general contractor.
